Brewno Specialty Coffee – Terms of Service

Welcome to Brewno Specialty Coffee. By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or engaging in wholesale or retail transactions with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

  • “Brewno”, “we”, “our”, “us” – Brewno Specialty Coffee Pty Ltd, located at 28 Fernbrook Drive, Morayfield QLD 4506.

  • “Customer”, “you”, “your” – Any person or business accessing our website, ordering products, or entering into a transaction with Brewno.

  • “Products” – Any coffee beans, ground coffee, equipment, merchandise, or services supplied by Brewno.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing from Brewno, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or have legal authority to enter into a contract.

  • You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

Brewno may update these Terms from time to time; changes will be posted on our website with an updated “Effective Date.” Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders can be placed via our website, email, or other authorised channels.

  • All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order, unless a wholesale account arrangement has been approved.

  • Brewno reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including if payment is declined, incorrect, or fraudulent.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates only; Brewno is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

  • Customers must inspect deliveries and notify Brewno within 7 days of any damage or missing items.

5. Returns & Refunds

Brewno’s Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases; please see [Insert link to Return Policy].

Key points:

  • Fresh coffee cannot generally be returned once roasted due to perishability.

  • Equipment and merchandise may be returned in original, resalable condition within 14 days.

  • Faulty or damaged products will be replaced or refunded at Brewno’s discretion.

6. Wholesale Customers

  • Wholesale customers may be subject to minimum order requirements and credit approval.

  • Wholesale pricing, delivery schedules, and terms will be provided on a case-by-case basis.

  • Brewno may terminate wholesale agreements at any time with 30 days’ notice if terms are breached.

7. Use of Products

  • Products are intended for lawful use only.

  • Brewno is not responsible for any misuse of coffee, equipment, or other products.

  • Any advice provided about brewing, storage, or usage is guidance only; results may vary.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, packaging, branding, and marketing materials is owned by Brewno or licensed to us.

  • Customers may not copy, reproduce, or use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Brewno is not liable for:

    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

    • Any loss of revenue, profits, or goodwill.

    • Any injury or damage resulting from improper use of our products.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brewno’s total liability for any claim related to our products or services is limited to the purchase price paid.

10. Privacy

  • Customer information is collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for order fulfilment, communication, and marketing purposes where permitted by law.

11. Termination

  • Brewno may terminate or suspend access to our website or services at any time for breach of these Terms.

  • Upon termination, all unpaid amounts become immediately due.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

  • Any disputes arising from these Terms or transactions with Brewno will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
