2. Products & Availability

All coffee is roasted fresh and subject to availability.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Images and descriptions on the website are for illustrative purposes only.


3. Pricing

All prices are listed in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Pricing errors may be corrected without notice.

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


4. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods listed at checkout.

You are responsible for ensuring that your shipping and billing details are accurate.


5. Shipping & Delivery

We roast and ship orders regularly. Please allow 1–5 business days for roasting before dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

Once dispatched, Brewno is not liable for delays or loss caused by the courier.


6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on coffee products unless there is a fault or error with your order.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to standard, please contact us at [your email] within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

Non-coffee items (e.g. merchandise or equipment) may be eligible for return or exchange in line with Australian Consumer Law.


7. Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be paused, modified, or cancelled through your customer account.

It is your responsibility to manage your subscription before the next billing cycle.

Subscription prices and terms are subject to change with prior notice.
