Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes, in order to qualify for the wholesale coffee discount the minimum order is 3kg per order, however, there is no minimum order frequency
Do you offer whole beans only?
e only supply specialty whole bean coffee to ensure maximum freshness and flavour.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver Australia-wide. Our shipping is fast and reliable to ensure your beans arrive fresh, no matter your location.
How far in advance should we place an order?
We recommend ordering at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially for custom or large orders.
Keeping in mind specialty coffee is best consumed 7-10 days after roaster date.
How fresh is the coffee we receive?
We roast to order in small batches and ship promptly; usually within 1–2 business days. Your coffee will always arrive fresh, flavourful, and ready to brew.
How much coffee should we order for our event?
It depends on the number of attendees and your brew method. We’ll help you estimate the right amount to avoid running out or over-ordering. To help with estimates; 1kg of coffee will provide approximately 45-50 double shots of espresso.
